Update: Casuals/Part Timer Broken Dispute

The appeal lodged by STA against Justice Staff’s original decision, handed down on 6 December 2013, has now been concluded.

The Union is now waiting on a decision from the Full Bench of the Industrial Relations Commission. This could take several months and members will be notified as soon as it is handed down.
