Transdev IWLR Enterprise bargaining: Update 15

Members at Transdev IWLR are in the midst of a battle with management over their new enterprise agreement.

The company is refusing to show IWLR members respect by providing a similar progression scale as those who work on the CSELR network. 

Transdev is planning on putting its EA to a vote in about 2 weeks time, and IWLR members are currently planning their next steps, which could include a significant no vote against the proposed EA.

Union officials will at the depot next week to hold further discussions with members.
