Payrise Win for TSA Legacy employees!

The RTBU has secured a pay rise for all workers currently employed under the Copied State Award in Region 6.

As members will be aware, because the term of the STA Award ran out at the end of last year there was no pay rise for employees on that Award at the beginning of 2021.

We’ve had a tactic in our pocket for exactly this moment, and ex-STA will now get the 2.5% that the Fair Work Commission has delivered to employees on the minimum wage and modern awards this month.

We’re now working on getting something for the first half of this year.
