NSW Government went after wrong bus drivers’ union
The NSW government has been lampooned after launching Supreme Court action against the wrong branch of the Rail, Tram and Bus Union following last week’s 24-hour bus strike.
The state government mistakenly filed its legal action seeking penalties against the national body when it should have been against the state branch of the union.
