Newcastle Protected Industrial Action in Pictures

Industrial action for Newcastle members started on Wednesday 4th May with a ban on wearing uniform indefinitely. Members were encouraged to wear their union great instead – also indefinitely – and they did not disappoint! Here are a few snaps of action day 1 at Belmont and Hamilton depots.

As a result of the actions, negotiations with KD will be restarting. All current actions taking place will continue indefinitely as negotiations progress.
