Keolis Downer Newcastle EA Update

We met with Keolis Downer on Tuesday 14 December. At the meeting, Keolis Downer explained their rationale behind their log of claims. Your committee has now taken this information away from the meeting, and will be analysing its potential effects on members, and whether there will be any benefits to come from it.

Our next meeting with Keolis Downer is scheduled for mid-January. A Members’ Bulletin will be sent out to you early next week with more details.
