Join in the International Women’s Day Celebrations!

Community Picnic – 10 March 2012 at First Fleet Park, Circular Quay

 

This IWD there will be a community picnic in First Fleet Park, Circular Quay, on Saturday 10th March from 12 noon. Women unionists will be meeting at the Unions NSW banners.

Bring a rug, something to eat and women officials, members, potential members, daughters and grandchildren. The theme for the picnic is ‘Re-generation! Make our future feminist!’ and the focus is on engaging school-aged activists and feminists.

 

 

Networking Event – 8 March 2012 at Unions NSW, Haymarket

A networking event will be held at Unions NSW on 8 March at 377 Sussex Street (near Haymarket).  This is a great opportunity for women to meet each other and share their stories!

Drinks and nibbles will be served at the function. For catering purposes please confirm your attendance to Rose Docwra by email on rdocwra@unionsnsw.org.au

There will be a large delegation of RTBU women and their families attending so come along with your fellow women members!
