IWLR Enterprise Agreement Update
After several meetings with Transdev Sydney, it has become obvious that the company are using the Covid-19 pandemic and its effect on them globally as an excuse to try and leave workers worse off.
It is quite ironic that a group of 60 employees suddenly need to be fiscally responsible for a multi-national company when Transdev Sydney themselves are being supported by the NSW Government with fully-paid contracts.
This is what Transdev are using to justify their offer of 1.4% per year for the next 4 years. This is a massive slap in the face for these members who have been on the frontline delivering the vital transport needs that Sydney has required during this pandemic.
The union find this unacceptable and will continue to fight for a decent pay rise that members deserve.
