Fair Go for Workers Compensation Day
Fair Go for Workers Compensation Day
10am. Thursday, 19 June
Strangers Lounge, Parliament of NSW
Macquarie Street, Sydney
The only thing more Aussie than a lamington is a fair go and a fair go was stripped from NSW workers on 19 June 2012 when the NSW Liberal Government cut back the Workers Compensation system.
The NSW Liberal government made the lives of injured and ill workers and their families harder by ripping away their workers compensation rights and entitlements.
On the second anniversary of that heartless policy, join injured workers and their families and other union members to hear injured workers tell their stories and find out how you can join the fight back for a fairer workers comp system.
