Constance proves again he cannot be trusted
Minister Constance has backed away from an agreement to investigate the possibility of creating trackless trams for Parramatta Road. It has decided not to honour a Memorandum of Understanding it signed with Inner West Council to facilitate a study on how track-free trams could be delivered in Sydney.
What this shows us, once again, is that Andrew Constance cannot be trusted to stick to his Government’s promises or his Government’s commitments.
The public deserve a Transport Minister who is trustworthy and genuinely concerned about their needs. Not a Minister who makes decisions to fill his own back pocket at the expense of commuters. Constance, it’s time to go.
