Why did you become involved in the union?
 I joined the union because I want to strengthen the position of our members and get positive outcomes. I want to see workers unite to overcome the forces against them.

What are your hobbies and interests?
 I like watching Rugby League. I also enjoy spending any spare time I have doing renovations. I like to buy houses, renovate them and then resell them.

Where do you live and why do you like it? I live in Padstow, in South West Sydney. I’m a westie at heart; it’s very nice out there. It’s not too far from work but has a nice country atmosphere.

Who would you like to have dinner with (dead or alive) and why?
 I’d have dinner with Mick Jagger from The Rolling Stones. After the Beatles they were the big thing and I always liked their music. I’d like to have a conversation with him and hear about the history of the band and his personal path to success.
