Sticker action continues and so does the five minute delay from every stop.
We are still waiting for the final version of the substandard draft Enterprise Agreement that KDH insist they will put to a vote.
We have not been provided the document. We have not received any written explanation of the voting process. All we have been given is vague commentary and shifting answers, delivered in the same careless manner that has defined this entire bargaining round.
None of this is surprising. KDH have set a new low bar in confusion, delay and disregard for the workforce. If they spent even a fraction of the effort on preparation and negotiation that they spend on avoidance, we may be at the bargaining table addressing the concerns members have expressed are important to them and to their future job security
Stand together. This is the moment we show KDH that workers determine the direction of this workplace, not mismanagement.
