Protected industrial action update: 4-hour stoppage on Monday
Dear Members,
All members at Keolis Downer Hunter (KDH) will be undertaking protected industrial action in the form of a four hour stop work meeting on Monday, 22 September 2025, commencing at 10:00am.
Following the overwhelming endorsement of the Protected Action Ballot Order, this stoppage marks an important step in escalating our industrial action. It sends a clear message to KDH that members will not accept delays, evasions, or disrespect in the bargaining process.
By standing together and taking this action, we are insisting that KDH bargain in good faith, genuinely engage with our claims, and show proper respect to the issues that matter to members, fair wages, secure jobs, and safe working conditions.
This is not a step taken lightly, but it is a necessary one to make sure your voices are heard and your claims are treated with the seriousness they deserve.
